All stones ship from Switzerland.

Cost

Insured, tracked shipping is free worldwide on every order. There is no minimum order value.

How we ship

Every parcel is fully insured for its invoice value and sent tracked with signature on delivery, by Swiss Post Priority or an express courier depending on destination and value. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Dispatch and delivery times

Stones are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Typical transit after dispatch: Switzerland 2-5 working days; European Union and United Kingdom 5-7 working days; rest of the world 5-7 working days plus customs clearance.

Customs, duties and VAT

Where duties and taxes can be calculated for your country they are shown and collected at checkout. Otherwise any local duties or VAT are charged by the carrier on arrival and are the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged or opened parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or opened, contact us within 3 days with photos of the outer packaging and the stone so we can open an insurance claim.
