All stones ship from Switzerland.
How we ship
Every parcel is fully insured for its invoice value and sent tracked with signature on delivery. Depending on destination and value we use Swiss Post Priority or an express courier (FedEx or DHL). You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves.
Delivery times
Stones are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Typical transit times after dispatch:
- Switzerland: 2–5 working days
- European Union and United Kingdom: 5–7 working days
- Rest of the world: 5–7 working days, plus customs clearance in the destination country
Remote areas and public holidays can add a few days. If a stone has not arrived within 10 working days, write to us and we will trace it.
Cost
Insured shipping is free worldwide, on every order. There is no minimum.
Customs, duties and VAT
Import duties and taxes depend on the destination country. Where Shopify can calculate them for your country they are shown and collected at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Where that is not available, any local duties or VAT are charged by the carrier on arrival and are the buyer's responsibility. Prices on the product page are for the stone only.
Delivery and responsibility
- For card payments the shipping address must match the billing address of the card.
- A signature is required for every delivery. Once the parcel is signed for, the stone is in your care.
- If a parcel arrives damaged or opened, contact us within 3 days with photos of the outer packaging and the stone so we can open an insurance claim.
